When the weather turns hot, the Chilly Pad Cooling Towel is the solution you need! Perfect for any strenuous activity, whether it's team sports, lawn care, or an intense gym workout. Keep it handy for quick cooldowns. The Chilly Pad Cooling Towel is made from a hyper-evaporative material that retains water while staying dry to the touch. Once wet, these cooling towels start evaporating and cooling, providing soft, cool comfort.

How It Works

The Chilly Pad material is highly absorbent, akin to a sponge, capable of absorbing up to 8 times its weight in water. When wet, the towel uses evaporation to produce a cooling effect. As long as it remains wet, exposed to air, and allowed to breathe, the Chilly Pad continues to evaporate and cool.

Care Instructions

Upon removing from the packaging, thoroughly wet the towel, wring out excess water, and allow it to begin evaporating. If the towel becomes soiled, it can be machine or hand washed with standard detergent and rinsed thoroughly. Store it in its original tube, in a plastic bag, or hang it up to dry.

Dealing with Odors

If stored damp and develops mildew or odor, soak the towel in a mixture of 1 tablespoon bleach to 1 gallon of warm water for an hour or two. Wash it in the machine afterward and always wash before storing.

Cooling Tips

While the Chilly Pad can be refrigerated (not frozen) for added cooling, freezing it will cause the material to become brittle. Storing it in a plastic bag in the fridge is recommended.

Longevity

With proper care and storage, these towels can provide evaporative cooling for several years.
